All members of the club have an active involvement in the social, charitable or fundraising aspects. The work of the club is handled at committee level which make decisions and recommendations that are ratified at the monthly business meeting attended by all members.
New members are encouraged to join one or more of the various committees as well as attend the monthly business meeting. We also enjoy a full social programme, these have included a tour of the walks, clay pigeon shooting, petanque and bowls evenings, curry nights, fish suppers, beer festivals and visits e.g. to BBC & car manufacturers. We are always open to suggestions for socials which are considered as important as our fundraising and charity work.
